Procurement processes involve many stages, which are:

Like any other work, planning is the first step of this process. Planning of the items that are to be bought. It involves working in the procurement department with the finance team. One of the main motives of the planning process is establishing the budget for the procurement process.
2. Sourcing:
Sourcing involves analyzing the best possible suppliers for their needs. It requires comparative analysis.
3. Payment:
After completing the other two processes comes the payment process. This process involves not just the settlement of the invoice but paying attention to the quality of the product in this competitive market.
4. Evaluation:
Evaluating the relationship between the supplier and the company. Evaluate the need for a new strategy keeping in mind the old records. Through the process of assessing, a business tries to bring new solutions.
