Customer Service Representatives are expected to be able to interact with customers at all stages of the buying journey, from initial inquiry through to final transaction. They are also expected to be able to perform administrative tasks in a timely fashion and to communicate effectively with other team members.

The survey is usually done at the end of a work shift, and is meant to determine how well the employees were compensated and if they would recommend the company to others.
